Return and Refund Policy

Returns or exchanges policy:

Terms of return, commissioned items: no returns will be accepted after purchase confirmation
Terms of return, digital prints: digital images are considered non-returnable once online purchase is complete
Return exceptions, commissioned items: Orders for commissioned pieces include the opportunity to select one of three final originals. If none of these originals are selected, a partial return of 35% of the commissioned fee will be issued immediately. If an original piece is still desired, 1 additional painting selection may be provided at artist's discretion. In these cases, no refund will be issued.
Returns: please enter your original order number in the subject line when initiating a return request to returns@tamigentry.com. We will acknowledge receipt of your request as soon as possible and be in touch with further details.
Process of refund: Upon receipt of your refund request, you will receive an email with detailed instructions for processing your refund.
